#BREAKING 🌈 The Marriage Equality Bill was passed in the first reading!

#สมรสเท่าเทียม 💖 Today, the Marriage Equality Bill introduced by the Move Forward Party was passed in the 1st reading with the support of 210 MPs vs 180 MPs. 🏳️‍🌈 While it doesn't mean the legalization of equal marriage just yet, it is a significant milestone for LGBTIQ+ persons' rights and equality in Thailand. It also shows us hope after the very disappointing Constitutional Court ruling last year!
