International Earth Hour - Let's show our commitment for a clean and green planet.


💡Today is International Earth Hour 🕣 From 8:30 to 9:30 PM local time, let’s switch off our lights for one hour!


🌏Let's unite as a global community and show our commitment to protecting the planet we call home. It may seem like a small gesture, but our impact can be enormous when we join together!


đŸŒ±By participating in Earth Hour, we are also reminding ourselves of the importance of conservation and making a conscious effort to reduce our own carbon footprint.


❗We are also sending a powerful message: we call for a renewable energy transition in order to tackle the climate crisis!


đŸ€Manushya Foundation and other organizations, community, and CSO partners are united as the #WeAreJustTransition Movement launched in 2022 The People’s Declaration for a Just, Feminist, Green, and Inclusive Transition on Energy, Environment, Natural Resources, and Forests, in which we voice our key demands for a #JustTransition to the COP27 and APEC2022 international fora, the Thai government, and the private sector, to ensure our voices are heard in the current climate emergency!

✊We urge the Thai government to switch to a just energy transition by building a powerful, Intersectional Feminist, Green and Just Transition Movement for alternative clean energy solutions led by climate activists comprising indigenous peoples, forest-dependent communities, and human rights groups!
