On this International Equal Pay Day 2024, let's take some time to stand against gender pay gap!
Did you know that women only earn just 77 cents for every dollar a man makes? At this rate it will take 70 years to close this gap. In the ASEAN region, many countries continue to lag behind in terms of gender gap, limiting women’s financial security and contributing to poverty.
