🪙 It has been 23 years since Chatree Gold mine began operations in Phichit, Phitsanulok, and Phetchabun. Since its inception, it has been a source of significant distress to the local community and environment. 

☢️ Chatree Gold mine is owned and operated by Thai company Akara Resources, a subsidiary of Kingsgate Consolidated Limited, an Australian company. Their operations at Chatree Gold Mine have released toxic chemicals into the ecosystem, resulting in a lack of access to safe drinking water and poor soil quality that cannot sustain the communities agricultural activities. 

🤑 How much more money do corporations need to make until they prioritise the planet and people? How much more can we allow corporations to get away with? How many more people have to suffer in the name of profits? Enough is enough!
