UPDATE: บุ้งและใบปอถูกปฏิเสธการยื่นประกันตัวอีกครั้ง นี่เป็นครั้งที่ 6 แล้วที่ทั้งคู่ถูกฏิเสธการประกันตัว

UPDATE: 6th Bail request of ThaluWang activists Bung and Baipor denied.

🚨 Since their arbitrary arrest in May 2022, Bung and Baipor have been in detention for two months and are now on a month-long hunger strike. On July 7, the Bangkok South Criminal Court denied their bail request, despite being aware of their deteriorating health. The Court boldly held that both Bung and Baipor should be deemed fit to stand trial as long as they are not in a life-threatening condition. This decision is an affront to democracy and the justice system.
