On 27 June 2019, Manushya Foundation together with the Thai BHR Network published their Summmary of Joint Comments on the Final Draft National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights in Thailand (NAP-BHR), during the Business & Human Rights Day in Thailand 2019.

On the morning of the event, Manushya Foundation and the Thai BHR Network could share the Summary during a press conference where Thai communities had the opportunity to express their concerns about the final draft NAP on BHR to the Thai government.

The Summary provides a brief explanation of why is the NAP on BHR so important and gives a list of the key components of a good NAP on BHR. More importantly, it sums up the good and bad aspects of the NAP, overall and by priority areas, and gives a list of what Thai communities want to address the gaps in the NAP on BHR and make it meaningful.
